Account information
Registration stores your name and email encrypted, a salted password hash and a seven-day session cookie. Accounts remain until deletion is requested through the privacy contact published when the service opens. When email verification is enabled, sign-in requires a verified address; The configured email service sends verification and password-reset emails without health details; guest enquiries are never linked by matching email.
01 / Start with the right questions
Write down the reason for your visit, your existing diagnosis if you have one, your current treatment and what you want to ask the hospital. A qualified clinician should advise whether travel or treatment is appropriate.
02 / Confirm a hospital pathway
Use the hospital’s official patient services. Confirm the department, campus, language support and documents. Ask for written confirmation of the appointment; submitting our form does not reserve a slot.
03 / Prepare documents and a budget
Ask which reports, imaging files and translations the hospital needs. Keep originals. Request an itemised estimate for medical care and separately budget for coordination, travel and accommodation. Check coverage with your insurer.
04 / Arrange travel after confirmation
Check entry requirements with the relevant Chinese embassy or consulate for your nationality and purpose of travel. Ask your hospital whether supporting documents can be provided. Do not rely on a coordination enquiry as a visa invitation or appointment confirmation.
05 / Plan your follow-up
Before leaving, ask your clinician for your discharge summary, medication instructions and follow-up plan. Confirm how to obtain copies of records and who to contact with questions.
